摘要
以徐州地铁2号线9标文博园盾构丼一大龙湖站盾构区间上软下硬地层为背景,根据文大盾区间地质补勘资料,准确掌握了岩层侵入隧道的长度、高度。提出了对软土刀盘进行改造、岩层进行钻孔处理和控制施工参数,软土刀盘盾构机顺利穿越了上软下硬地层,为类似地层中盾构施工提供参考。
Based on the soft and hard stratum in the shield tunneling section of Xuzhou Metro Line 2 Bid 9 Wenboyuan Shield Tunnel to Dalonghu Station,the length and height of rock intrusion into the tunnel are accurately mastered according to the geological supplementary survey data of Wenda shield section.The soft soil cutterhead is reformed,the rock stratum is drilled and the construction parameters are controlled.The soft soil cutterhead shield machine passes through the upper soft stratum and the lower hard stratum smoothly,which provides a reference for shield construction in similar stratum.
