摘要
现浇混凝土免拆保温外模板(保糢一体化)具有较高的强度和良好的保温、防火性能等优点,铝模板可以进行多次周转使用,施工效率较高,混凝土表面观感质量好,2种模板组合使用可以发挥其各自优势,即实现了工业化生产,又可以提高施工质量、降低成本、缩短工期,还符合国家绿色建设、节能减排的发展要求,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益结合实际工程,介绍了大原市某住宅楼项目丨#住宅楼外墙保模一体板与铝模板相结合施工工艺及控制要点通过本工程的具体应用,以期为更多的工程提供参考,并使该模板组合技术得到更广泛推广。
The cast-in-place concrete insulation thermal extemal template without demolition(integration of thermal insulation and template)has the advantages ofhigh strength,good thermal insulation and fire resistance.Aluminum template can be used repeatedly,with high construction eficieney and good appearance quality of concrete surface.The combination of the two templates can give full play to their respective advantages.Not only industrialized production has been realized,bul also construction quality can be improved,cost can be reduced,and construction period can be shortened.The construction technology conform to requirements of development of the national green constructin,energy-saving and emission reduction with signifcant economic and social benefits.Combined with the actual project,the construction technology and control points has been introduced the combination of the plate with integration of thermal insulation and template and aluminum template of the external wall with 1"residential building of a residential building project in Taiyuan.Through the concrete application of this projeet,it is expected to provide reference value for more projects and make the combination technology be more widespread used.
