白假丝酵母菌生物膜的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着医疗水平的不断发展,越来越多的医疗操作、医疗设备和药物可能导致人体正常的微生物平衡被打破,使得机会致病菌白假丝酵母菌的感染呈现逐年上升的趋势。白假丝酵母菌在宿主或医疗器械表面形成生物膜的能力是一个十分关键的毒力因素。生物膜可以帮助白假丝酵母菌成功逃避宿主免疫并产生较强的耐药性,从而导致难治性真菌感染。本文从白假丝酵母菌生物膜的形成过程、生物膜相关的主要基因和影响生物膜毒力的因素3个方面介绍近年来的研究进展,为进一步研究白假丝酵母菌生物膜的形成机制提供参考。 With continuous development of medical standards,more and more medical procedures,medical equipment and drugs may cause normal microbial balance of human body to be broken,which makes the infection by pathogenic bacteria,Candida albicans appear to increase year by year.Among the virulence factors of Candida albicans,its ability to form biofilm on the host surface or on the surface of medical devices is a critical one.Biofilms can help Candida albicans successfully escape from host immunity and produce strong resistance,leading to refractory fungal infections.This paper mainly introduces the progress in research on the formation process of Candida albicans biofilm,the main genes related to biofilm and the factors affecting the biofilm virulence,and provides a reference for further study on the formation mechanism of Candida albicans biofilm.
