健康体检人群甲状腺抗体与甲状腺功能的检验效果分析

Analysis of the Test Effect of Thyroid Antibody and Thyroid Function in Healthy People

目的针对健康体检人群,研究分析甲状腺抗体与甲状腺功能的检验效果。方法以203例健康体检者为对象,均实施甲状腺抗体与甲状腺功能的检验,对检验结果进行数据分析,研究对甲状腺疾病的诊断价值。结果104例男性中有TGAb阳性4例(3.85%)、TPOAb阳性5例(4.81%),总阳性9例(8.65%),99例女性中有TGAb阳性16例(16.16%)、TPOAb阳性14例(14.14%),总阳性30例(30.30%),女性的阳性率均明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有153例健康、7例甲亢、5例甲减、15例亚甲亢、23例亚甲减,甲状腺异常的阳性率均高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过甲状腺抗体能够很大程度的反映出准体检者是否出现甲状腺功能异常的情况,为后续的诊断和治疗提供科学的依据。

Objective To study and analyze the test effect of thyroid antibody and thyroid function in healthy people.Methods Two hundred and three healthy people were tested for thyroid antibody and thyroid function.The data were analyzed to study the diagnostic value of thyroid disease.Results Among 104 males,4(3.85%)were TGAb positive,5(4.81%)were TPOAb positive,and 9(8.65%)were positive,among the 99 women,16(16.16%)were TGAb positive,14(14.14%)were TPOAb positive,and 30(30.30%)were positive,and the positive rate in women was significantly higher than that in men(P<0.05).There are 153 cases of health,7 cases of hyperthyroidism,5 cases of hypothyroidism,15 cases of hypothyroidism,23 cases of hypothyroidism.The positive rate of thyroid abnormalities is higher than that of healthy people,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid antibodies can reflect to a large extent whether the quasi physical examination people have thyroid dysfunction,and provide scientific basis for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment.
