中西医结合治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效及对心功能的影响

Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension and Its Influence on Cardiac Function

目的探究中西医结合治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选择我院于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的冠心病合并高血压患者200例,根据随机选择法分为观察组和治疗组,每组各100例。其中观察组使用常规西医治疗方式进行治疗,治疗组则使用中西医结合治疗方式进行治疗。研究结束后,对两组患者的治疗有效率和心功能状况进行对比分析。结果两组患者经治疗后,治疗组的治疗有效率为98.00%,观察组的治疗有效率为83.00%,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,治疗组的心功能状况明显优于观察组,差异较大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于观察组,治疗组的过敏、头痛、消化不良等不良反应发生率更低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病合并高血压患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能情况,提高患者临床治疗有效率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension and its effect on cardiac function.Methods Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital.According to the random selection method,they were divided into observation group and treatment group,100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.After the study,the treatment efficiency and cardiac function of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 98.00%,and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was 83.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the cardiac function of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as allergy,headache,dyspepsia in the treatment group was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension is effective,which can effectively improve the heart function of patients and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.It is worth promoting.
