经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻的临床疗效

Transurethral Resection of Bladder Neck in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Bladder Neck Obstruction

目的观察经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻患者的临床效果。方法选择42例经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻患者,比较手术前后临床指标、生活质量评分,以及并发症情况。结果术后最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿流量(RUV)、前列腺症状(IPSS)评分明显优于术前临床指标(P<0.05);术后生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评分为(79.38±4.28)分,明显高于术前评分(59.73±3.62)分(P<0.05);术后并发症共出现6例,发生率为14.29%。结论经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻,具有较好的临床效果和安全性,能够提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the bladder neck in patients with chronic prostatitis and bladder neck obstruction.Methods Forty-two patients with chronic prostatitis and bladder neck obstruction were treated by transurethral resection of the bladder neck.Clinical indicators,quality of life scores,and complications were compared before and after the operation.Results The postoperative maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),residual urine flow rate(RUV),and prostate symptom(IPSS)scores were significantly better than the preoperative clinical indicators(P<0.05);the postoperative comprehensive quality of life rating scale(GQOLI-74)score was(79.38±4.28),which was significantly higher than the preoperative score(59.73±3.62)(P<0.05).There were 6 cases of postoperative complications with a incidence of 14.29%.Conclusion Transurethral resection of the bladder neck in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with bladder neck obstruction has good clinical effect and safety,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
