氯雷他定+自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹对免疫球蛋白E的影响研究

Effect of Loratadine+Self-blood Therapy on Immunoglobulin E in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的分析氯雷他定联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹对免疫球蛋白E(lgE)的影响。方法选取我院慢性荨麻疹患者84例(2019年3月至2019年12月),按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组予以氯雷他定,研究组在对照组基础上予以自血疗法。对比两组疗效、复发率,统计两组治疗前后风团数量、瘙痒评分及血清lgE水平变化。结果研究组总有效率95.24%(40/42)较对照组76.19%(32/42)高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组风团数量、瘙痒评分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清lgE水平较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组复发率17.07%(7/41)较对照组42.50%(17/40)低(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹可提高疗效,改善免疫功能,减少风团数量,减轻瘙痒症状,并能降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of loratadine combined with autologous blood therapy on immunoglobulin E(lgE)in chronic urticaria.Methods 84 patients with chronic urticaria were enrolled in our hospital(January 2018~April 2019).The patients were divided into the study group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)according to the random number table method.He determined that the study group was given autologous therapy on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.The number of wheal,pruritus and serum lgE and immunoglobulin G(lgG)levels were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%(40/42)higher than that of the control group(76.19%(32/42)).After treatment,the number of wheal and pruritus scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum lgE level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the serum lgG level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 17.07%(7/41)lower than that in the control group(42.50%(17/40))(P<0.05).Conclusion Loratadine combined with autologous blood therapy for chronic urticaria can improve the efficacy,improve immune function,reduce the number of wheals,reduce the symptoms of itching,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
