6S管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of 6S Management Method in Nursing Management of Operating Room

目的探究分析6S管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法选取本院自2019年2月至2019年12月实施6S管理法护理管理的手术室医护人员20名为观察组,并选择2017年10月至2018年10月实施常规管理模式的手术室医护人员20名为对照组,对比两组人员应用不同手术室护理管理干预后的效果。结果根据统计数据显示,观察组实施手术室6S管理法干预后,对于物品管理、医护人员着装、消毒隔离、环境整顿及护理安全等方面的质量水平得到提高(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论将6S管理法应用于手术室护理管理工作中,可提高医护人员护理管理水平与手术室护理管理质量,确保患者生命安全。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of 6S management method in nursing management of operating room.Methods Twenty operating room medical staff who implemented 6S management method nursing management in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 20 operating room medical staff with routine management mode from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group.The effects of different operating room nursing management interventions on the two groups were compared.Results According to the statistical data,the quality level of the observation group in terms of goods management,dressing of medical staff,disinfection and isolation,environmental rectification and nursing safety was improved after the operation room 6S management(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Applying 6S management method to the nursing management of operating room can improve the nursing management level of medical staff and the nursing management quality of operating room,and ensure the life safety of patients.
