康复护理在急性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果探讨

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Dysphagia Caused by Acute Stroke

目的探讨康复护理在急性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法以我院收治的84例急性脑卒中患者为康复护理对象,随机纳入对照组(常规护理)和干预组(加用康复护理)各42例,比较两组吞咽功能和意识状态评分以及康复效果。结果干预前两组意识和吞咽功能评分未见改善,组间差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后评分明显提升且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后康复效果比较,干预组(92.86%)高于对照组(76.19%),两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论急性脑卒中患者采用康复护理后,其吞咽功能和意识状态明显改善,该方式利于提升患者康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with dysphagia caused by acute stroke.Methods The 84 patients with acute stroke admitted in our hospital were taken as rehabilitation care subjects,and were randomly included in the control group(routine care)and intervention group(Additional rehabilitation nursing)42 cases in each group,comparing the swallowing function and consciousness score and rehabilitation effect between the two groups.Results There was no improvement in consciousness and swallowing scores between the two groups before the intervention,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The scores after the nursing improved significantly and the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In comparison,the intervention group(92.86%)was higher than the control group(76.19%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After rehabilitation treatment in patients with acute stroke,their swallowing function and consciousness were significantly improved.This method is beneficial to Improve patient rehabilitation.
