眼科手术室护理中的安全隐患与防范策略分析

Analysis of Safety Hidden Danger and Preventive Strategy in Ophthalmic Operating Room Nursing

目的分析眼科手术室护理中存在的安全隐患,针对安全隐患实施有效的防范策略。方法选择我院2017年12月1日至2019年12月1日收治的582例眼科手术患者,对其资料进行回顾分析,深入分析发生安全事故患者资料,积极查找手术期间存在的安全隐患,针对安全隐患采取防范措施。结果此次纳选的582例眼科手术患者中共有47例发生安全事故,发生率为8.08%,安全事故涉及冷凝机不制冷(17.02%)、激光灯无法开机(12.77%)、器械遗失(2.13%)、眼心反射(6.38%)、缝针刺伤(10.64%)、显微镜灯泡突然烧坏(14.89%)、服务态度差(10.64%)、人工晶体度数错误(8.51%)、血压升高(12.77%)、术后感染(4.26%)等,造成事故的隐患主要是手术室缺乏监督意识、法律意识欠缺、操作人员技能、医疗制度不完善、设备不齐全、后勤保障工作不到位等。结论眼科手术患者易出现安全事故,想要保证手术室护理安全,可通过强化护理人员安全意识,加强规章制度管理进行。

Objective Analyze the safety hazards existing in the nursing of the ophthalmology operating room,and implement effective prevention strategies for the safety hazards.Methods Select 582 patients undergoing eye surgery from December 1,2017 to December 1,2019 in our hospital,review and analyze their data,analyze the data of patients with safety accidents in depth,and actively search for hidden safety hazards during surgery.Take precautions against potential safety hazards.Results A total of 47 of the 582 eye surgery patients selected this time had a safety accident with an incidence rate of 8.08%.The safety accidents involved non-refrigeration of the condenser(17.02%),failure to turn on the laser light(12.77%),and loss of equipment(2.13%)),eye-heart reflex(6.38%),needle puncture injury(10.64%),microscope bulb burnout(14.89%),poor service attitude(10.64%),wrong intraocular lens power(8.51%),increased blood pressure(12.77%),postoperative infection(4.26%),etc.The hidden dangers of accidents are mainly the lack of supervision awareness in the operating room,lack of legal awareness,operator skills,incomplete medical system,incomplete equipment,and insufficient logistic support.Conclusion Patients with eye surgery are prone to safety accidents.To ensure the safety of operating room nursing,the safety awareness of nursing staff can be strengthened,and rules and regulations can be strengthened.
