摘要
目的分析在儿科门诊护理管理中人性化服务护理方法所取得的临床应用效果。方法选择在医院儿科门诊中接受治疗的患儿共104例,随机分组法将患儿分成2组,每组各52例,对照组给予患儿常规护理管理方法,观察组给予患儿人性化服务护理管理方法。结果不良事件发生率观察组低于对照组,患儿及其家属护理满意度对比观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科门诊护理管理中应用人性化服务护理管理方法,有助于降低不良事件发生率,提升患儿及其家属护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of humanized service nursing method in pediatric outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 104 children who were treated in the pediatric outpatient department of the hospital were selected.The children were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 52 patients.The control group was given routine nursing management methods,and the observation group was given humanization Service care management methods.Results The incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the children and their families was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying humanistic service nursing management method in pediatric outpatient nursing management can help reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction of children and their families.
