手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用

Application of Operating Room Detail Nursing in Improving Operating Room Nursing Safety

目的探讨手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用。方法收集2019年1月至2020年1月期间在我院行手术治疗的86例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据护理方式进行分组,对照组43例采用手术室常规护理,研究组43例在对照组基础再行手术室细节护理,评估2组护理后护理质量安全、术后并发症发生率,对比分析。结果护理后研究组的护理质量评分均显著高于对照组;护理后研究组患者的术后并发症发生率(4.65%)显著少于对照组(18.60%)。结论手术室细节护理不仅可以提升手术室护理质量,显著降低术后并发症,提高手术室护理安全性,而且对增强医护关系提升护理满意度也有重要意义。

Objective Discuss the application of operating room detail nursing in improving the operating room nursing safety.Methods Collect clinical data of 86 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 for retrospective analysis.According to the nursing methods,43 cases in the control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and 43 cases in the study group received the detailed nursing in the operating room based on the control group.To assess the quality and safety of nursing care and the incidence of postoperative complications in the 2 groups,comparative analysis.Results The nursing quality scores of the postnursing research group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the postoperative morbidity rate of patients in the research group(4.65%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.60%).Conclusion Operating room detail nursing can not only improve the quality of operating room nursing,significantly reduce postoperative complications,and improve the safety of operating room nursing,but also have important significance for enhancing the relationship between medical care and nursing satisfaction.
