心血管疾病中应用中药黄芪治疗的临床药理作用

Clinical Pharmacological Effects of Astragalus Membranaceus Treatment on Cardiovascular Diseases

目的分析心血管疾病中应用中药黄芪治疗的临床药理作用。方法选取我院自2018年12月至2019年12月收治的220例心血管疾病患者,随机分为观察组(110例)与对照组(110例),对照组患者行西药进行治疗,观察组患者联合黄芪进行治疗。结果临床疗效对比,P<0.05;不良反应发生对比,P<0.05;心功能指标对比,治疗前,P>0.05,治疗后,P<0.05。结论采用中药黄芪联合西药对患者进行治疗能显著提高患者临床疗效,减少患者不良反应的发生,提高患者心功能指标,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus in cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 220 patients with cardiovascular disease treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(110 cases)and control group(110 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Astragalus.Results Comparison of clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Comparison of cardiac function indicators,before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the cardiac function of patients.It is worthy of widespread popularization.
