清热汤保留灌肠治疗小儿感冒风热型的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qingre Decoction Retention Enema in the Treatment of Children’s Cold and Wind Heat Type

目的研究小儿感冒风热型通过清热汤保留灌肠治疗的临床效果及应用。方法抽取本院于2018年3月至2019年9月中医科收治的感冒风热型患儿共110例,将全部患儿遵照随机数表法划分为研究组(55例,采用清热汤保留灌肠治疗方式)和参照组(55例,采用利巴韦林颗粒口服治疗方式),研究对比治疗效果。结果(1)110例感冒风热型患儿的临床有效率比较:相较于参照组,研究组感冒风热型患儿的有效率更高,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)110例感冒风热型患儿给药后的退热时间和总病程比较:相较于参照组,研究组感冒风热型患儿给药后的退热时间和总病程更短,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)110例感冒风热型患儿给药后的临床症状消除时间比较:相较于参照组,研究组感冒风热型患儿给药后的咳嗽、声音嘶哑、咽喉肿痛与呼吸困难等临床症状消除时间更短(P<0.05),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论清热汤保留灌肠治疗在此次实验中比利巴韦林颗粒口服治疗的作用更佳,对于缩短患儿的总病程、提高药物治疗效果等有重要的意义。

Objective To study the clinical effect and application of retention enema of Qingre Decoction in children with cold and wind heat.Methods From March 2018 to September 2019,110 children with cold and wind heat type were selected from our hospital.According to the random number table method,all the children were divided into study group(55 cases,treated with Qingre Decoction retention enema treatment)and control group(55 cases,treated with ribavirin granules orally).The therapeutic effects were compared,such as the antipyretic time,clinical effective rate and total course of disease.Results(1)The clinical effective rate of 110 cases of children with cold wind heat type:compared with the reference group,the effective rate of the study group was higher,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of antipyretic time and total course of disease in 110 cases of children with cold and wind heat type:compared with the reference group,the fever reducing time and the total course of disease in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of clinical symptoms elimination time of 110 cases of cold and wind heat type children after administration:compared with the reference group,the elimination time of cough,hoarseness,sore throat and dyspnea in the study group was shorter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Decoction retention enema is better than ribavirin in this experiment.It is of great significance to shorten the time of fever reduction and improve the clinical effect.
