宁夏新型冠状病毒肺炎5例确诊儿童的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 5 Cases of Children Diagnosed with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(COVID-19)in Ningxia

目的分析宁夏5例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊儿童的临床和流行病学特点,加强临床认识和诊疗水平。方法将2020年1月29日至2020年2月26日我院诊治的5例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊儿童纳入研究,同时与其流行病学资料、临床表现、实验室检查以及影像学资料相结合,进行综合性的回顾与分析。结果5例确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎的儿童分布于银川1例、吴忠3例、固原1例,均有新冠肺炎确诊患者密切接触史,临床表现不典型,鼻塞1例、咳痰1例、干咳1例、发热0例、无症状2例;血常规白细胞总数正常5例,ALT正常5例,CRP正常5例,PCT正常5例;胸部CT可见少许病灶1例,未见明显异常4例。结论儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎早期诊断、早期治疗,可彻底治愈。

Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of 5 cases of children with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)diagnosed in Ningxia,and to improve the clinical knowledge,diagnosis and treatment of clinical staff.Methods Five children diagnosed with COVID-19 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Ningxia from January 29,2020 to February 26,2020 were included in the study.At the same time,combined with the data of epidemiology,clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and imaging,we made a comprehensive review and analysis.Results The distribution of 5 cases were 1 case from Yinchuan,3 from Wuzhong,and 1 from Guyuan.All cases had a clear history of close contact with newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19.The clinical manifestations were atypical:1 case of nasal obstruction,1 case of expectoration,1 case of dry cough,0 case of fever,2 cases of asymptomatic,5 cases of normal white blood cell count,5 cases of normal ALT,5 cases of normal CRP,5 cases of normal PCT,1 case of a few lesions on chest CT,4 cases of no obvious abnormality.Conclusion COVID-19 in children can be cured completely by early diagnosis and early treatment.
