快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤围手术期中的效果研究

Study on the effect of fast track surgery nursing in perioperation period of laparoscopic hysteromyoma

目的分析快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤围手术期中的效果。方法随机选取本院在2018年1月至2019年4月收治的72例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术术患者作为本次课题研究对象,将其分为研究组和对比组,每组患者36人,采用快速康复外科护理用于研究组患者,采用常规围术期护理用于对比组患者,对比两组患者的具体护理效果。结果对比两组患者接受护理后的满意程度、各项指标以及妊娠结局,研究组患者均好于对比组,数据差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术患者应用快速康复外科护理护理效果更佳,改善了患者的术中各项指标与妊娠结局,且安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of fast track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic hysteromyoma.Methods:72 patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research object,and they were divided into the study group and the control group,36 patients in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with fast track surgery nursing,and the patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing care.Results:Compared with the satisfaction degree,indicators and pregnancy outcome of the two groups,the study group was better than the control group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of fast track surgery in patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery is better,which can improve the intraoperative indicators and pregnancy outcomes of patients,and has high safety.
