快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后患者的临床应用

The effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on patients after laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer

目的观察快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后患者的临床应用效果。方法随机选择本院2017年8月至2019年8月行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者42例为观察组,择同期本院行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者42例为对照组,对照组施行妇科常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理措施。比较两组效果。结果观察组患者的术后恢复相关指标均明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后患者中实施快速康复外科护理措施可加速患者术后康复,减少术后并发症的出现,具有重要的临床指导意义。

Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing(RRSN)on patients after laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:42 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group,42 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in the same period were selected as the control group,and routine gynecological nursing was performed in the control group.The observation group was given RRSN.the effects of the two groups were compare.Results:The postoperative recovery related indexes,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than in control(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer can accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which has important clinical significance.
