粉刺性乳痈“三才综合疗法”联合中医外治护理干预的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of acne papillae“Sancai comprehensive therapy”combined with nursing intervention of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨评价“三才综合疗法”联合中医外治护理干预治疗乳腺导管扩张症(粉刺性乳痈)的临床疗效。方法选取本院普外科2015年1月至2019年6月收治的粉刺性乳痈患者68例,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组单纯采用乳腺导管灌注治疗,观察组在乳腺导管灌注基础上采用“三才综合疗法”联合中医外治护理干预,观察对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗花费及住院时间。结果治疗后,观察组临床症状改善有效率明显高于对照组,观察组乳房疼痛评分VAS、治疗花费及住院时间均明显低于对照组,观察组治疗后乳头溢液率为8.8%(3/34),对照组治疗后乳头溢液率为29.4%(10/34),观察组明显低于对照组(χ^2=4.665,P=0.031),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用“三才综合疗法”联合中医外治护理干预治疗粉刺性乳痈,患者乳头疼痛、肿块、乳头溢液及影像学综合情况均有明显改善,临床疗效确切,住院时间短,费用低,适合临床应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of"Sancai comprehensive therapy"combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions in the treatment of breast duct dilatation(acne papillae).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with acne papillae who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with mammary duct perfusion alone,and the observation group was treated with"Sancai comprehensive therapy"combined with nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine based on mammary duct perfusion.The clinical efficacy,treatment cost and hospital stay of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom improvement efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The breast pain score VAS,treatment cost and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower in the control group,the nipple discharge rate of the observation group after treatment was 8.8%(3/34),and the nipple discharge rate of the control group after treatment was 29.4%(10/34).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=4.665,P=0.031),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the use of"Sancai comprehensive therapy"combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for the treatment of acne papillae,patients'nipple pain,lumps,nipple discharge,and imaging comprehensively improved significantly.The clinical effect is exact,the hospital stay is short,the cost is low,and it is suitable for clinical application.
