Objective:To observe the effect of strengthening glucose control on the blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes of patients with gestational diabetes. Methods:A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, each with 55 cases. The control group was given routine blood sugar control, and the observation group was given enhanced blood sugar control on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose control and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:After blood glucose control, the fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had significantly fewer cases of cesarean section and perinatal complications than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the adverse pregnancy outcomes of the observation group was 5.45%,significantly lower than 18.18%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gestational diabetes are prone to multiple complications during pregnancy, and the prognosis of pregnancy is poor.In clinical practice, blood glucose control should be strengthened to improve the pregnancy outcome of newborns and improve the safety of mothers and babies.
