少府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮在子宫肌瘤治疗中的疗效观察

The effect of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma

目的探讨少府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床疗效。方法以本院收治的150例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机抽样法将受试者分为对照组(n=75)和研究组(n=75),对照组患者仅接受米非司酮治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合少府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后各性激素水平与子宫、肌瘤体积变化。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率较对照组更高,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者各性激素水平、子宫及肌瘤体积较治疗前均显著减低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论少府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮可有效降低各性激素水平,缓解临床症状及体征,疗效确切,对促进子宫肌瘤患者病情康复具有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods:150 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into control group(n=75,mifepristone)and study group(n=75,mifepristone+Shaofu Zhuyu decoction).The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones and the volumes of uterus and leiomyoma in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with mifepristone is safe and effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
