孕期健康教育在产科门诊护理中的临床应用

Clinical application of health education during pregnancy in out-patient obstetric care

目的探讨在产科门诊护理中使用孕期健康教育的效果。方法在2019年1月至2019年12月1年时间内,选择106例在本院门诊进行产检的孕产妇,用数字法随机抽取,分为观察组和对照组,53例一组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用孕期健康教育,分析两组的妊娠结局以及护理满意度。结果观察组的妊娠结局优于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科门诊护理中使用孕期健康教育,可以促进孕产妇良好的妊娠结局,并且提高护理满意度,改善医患关系,可以在临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education during pregnancy in outpatient obstetric care.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,106 cases of pregnant women in our outpatient department were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by numerical method,and 53 cases were divided into a group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given health education during pregnancy,and the pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of health education during pregnancy in outpatient obstetric care can promote good pregnancy outcomes,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve doctor-patient relationship,which can be applied in clinical practice.
