健康教育在老年急性阑尾炎临床护理中的应用效果

Application effect of health education in clinical nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis

目的探析健康教育在老年急性阑尾炎临床护理中的应用效果,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月康平县人民医院收治的84例老年急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组和研究组(每组42例),对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上开展健康教育,比较两组患者的并发症发生率和依从性。结果研究组的并发症发生率为2.38%,低于对照组(14.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的依从性为95.24%,高于对照组(78.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年急性阑尾炎患者,健康教育能够提高患者依从性,有效预防并发症发生,建议在临床护理工作中应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in clinical nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis,so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients with acute appendicitis in Kangping people's hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into the control group and the study group(42 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given health education on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the study group was 2.38%,lower than that of the control group(14.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance of the study group was 95.24%,higher than that of the control group(78.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the elderly patients with acute appendicitis,health education can improve patient compliance and effectively prevent complications.It is recommended to promote the application in clinical nursing work.
