中药熏洗系统护理在痔疮术前术后疼痛中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing system in preoperative and postoperative pain of hemorrhoids

目的研究痔疮患者术前术后使用现代中药熏洗护理对疼痛的影响。方法选取62例来院治疗的痔疮患者,将其分为传统组与现代组,各31例。现代组给予中药熏洗系统护理,传统组实施常规坐浴护理。对比各组患者的熏洗护理效果。结果现代组术前、术后疼痛评分优于传统组,治疗效果也高于传统组,且现代组手术创面愈合时间、渗出物消失时间、水肿消失时间均短于传统组(P<0.05)。结论痔疮患者术前术后使用中药熏洗系统护理能显著缓解疼痛,值得应用。

Objective:To study the effect of modern Chinese medicine fumigation nursing on pain in patients with hemorrhoids before and after operation.Methods:62 patients with hemorrhoids were selected and divided into traditional group and modern group with 31 cases in each group.The modern group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing system nursing,while the traditional group was given conventional sitz bath nursing.The nursing effect of fumigation and washing in each group was compared.Results:The preoperative and postoperative pain score of modern group was better than that of traditional group,and the treatment effect was also higher than that of traditional group,and the wound healing time,exudate disappearance time and edema disappearance time of modern group were shorter than those of traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation and washing system can significantly relieve pain in patients with hemorrhoids before and after operation,which is worthy of application.
