延续性4C护理模式在冠心病患者康复中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous 4C nursing model in rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨延续性4C护理模式在冠心病患者康复中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2017年8月至2019年1月本院收取的54名冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为常规组和4C组各27例,常规组采取常规护理,4C组采取延续性4C护理护理,对两组病人的生活质量、依存度进行观察对比。结果4C组生活质量,用药、饮食、活动、定期检查的依从性均高于常规组,P<0.05。结论延续性4C护理模式对患者的依存度及生活质量有明显改善,在冠心病患者康复中起到积极影响。

Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous 4C nursing model in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 54 patients with coronary heart disease admitted by our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the conventional group and the 4C group,with 27 patients in each group receiving conventional nursing care and the 4C group receiving continuous 4C nursing care.The quality of life and dependence of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results:The quality of life,medication,diet,activity and compliance with regular examination in group 4C were all higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuity of the 4C nursing model has a significant improvement on the patient's dependence and quality of life,and plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.
