转氨酶检测在脂肪肝患者诊断中的应用

Application of transaminase detection in the diagnosis of fatty liver

目的探讨转氨酶检测在脂肪肝患者诊断中的应用效果。方法以本院2018年8月至2020年5月收治的72例脂肪肝患者作为研究组,并选取同期72例健康体检者作为对照组,所有受试者均行转氨酶检测,比较两组的检测结果。结果研究组患者AST与ALT水平较对照组更高,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),男性患者的AST与ALT水平较女性更高,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论转氨酶检测可有效诊断脂肪肝,为临床确立治疗方案提供有力的参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of transaminase detection in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods:72 patients with fatty liver admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to may 2020 were selected as the study group,and 72 healthy people were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested for transaminase,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of AST and ALT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of AST and ALT in male patients were higher than those in female patients,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transaminase detection can effectively diagnose fatty liver and provide a strong reference for clinical treatment.
