放射直接数字X线摄影(DR)在尘肺诊断中的应用探讨

目的探讨放射直接数字X线摄影(DR)在尘肺诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于本院确诊尘肺的128例患者作为研究对象,对其分别采用放射直接数字X线摄影检查(Direct Digital Radiography,DR)与高千伏胸片(High KV chest film,KHV)检查,比较两种诊断方法的诊断价值。结果DR检出率与高千伏胸片相比无显著差异(P>0.05),DR优片率高于高千伏胸片的优片率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尘肺诊断中放射直接数字X线摄影(DR)具有更高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of direct digital radiography(DR)in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods 128 patients with pneumoconiosis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Direct digital radiography(DR)and High KV chest film(KHV)were used to examine them respectively,and the diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods was compared.Results There was no significant difference between DR detection rate and High KV chest film(P>0.05).The excellent rate of DR was higher than that of High KV chest film,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Direct digital radiography(DR)is more valuable in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
