四维彩超在中晚期妊娠筛查中应用临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of four-dimensional Ultrasound in the Screening of Mid and Late Pregnancy

目的探讨四维彩超在中晚期妊娠筛查中的应用临床价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月在我院接收的2210例孕妇作为本次研究对象。所有孕妇分别使用二维彩超及四维彩超对孕妇体内的胎儿进行整体性的全方位检查,观察记录胎儿畸形情况,比较二维彩超检查与四维彩超检查在妊娠筛查中的胎儿产前诊断准确率。结果四维彩超的胎儿畸形检出率为92.59%,明显高于二维彩超胎儿检出率为77.78%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中晚期妊娠筛查应用四维彩超的临床价值研究中,四维超声检查可以动态性检查胎儿在宫内的活状况,胎儿表面的结构保证了一定的完整性,具有安全方便、无创性、准确率高的特点,给临床观察带来方便,可进一步提升胎儿产前诊断准确率。并有效地降低漏诊和误诊的概率,对产前胎儿畸形的筛查工作提供对应的帮助,做到优生优育,降低出生人口的缺陷率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of four-dimensional ultrasound in the screening of mid and late pregnancy.Methods 2210 pregnant women received in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.All pregnant women were checked with two-dimensional color ultrasound and four-dimensional color ultrasound to carry out a comprehensive examination of the whole fetus in the pregnant women,observe and record the fetal malformation,and compare the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis between two-dimensional color ultrasound and four-dimensional color ultrasound in pregnancy screening.Results The detection rate of four-dimensional ultrasound was 92.59%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound 77.78%.The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the study of clinical value of four-dimensional ultrasound in the screening of mid and late pregnancy,four-dimensional ultrasound can dynamically check the fetal living condition in the uterus.The structures of the fetal surface have ensures a certain degree of integrity,this method is safe,convenient,noninvasive and highly accurate,which brings convenience to clinical observation and further improves the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis.It can effectively reduce the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,provide corresponding help for prenatal fetal malformation screening,improve the eugenic rate,reduce the defect rate of the birth population,which is worth popularizing.
