多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在肺部体检病变诊断中的应用价值分析

The Value of Low-dose Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Lung Physical Examination

目的分析多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描应用于肺部病变诊断中的价值。方法选取2019年3月至2019年7月收治的300例在我院进行检查的肺部体检者,分别为体检者进行常规剂量扫描及多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描。对比两种扫描方式下,患者的病变检出率、图像的质量及产生的辐射剂量。结果(1)对比两种不同扫描方式下的病灶数量:低剂量扫描的病变检出率与常规扫描差异不明显,两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)对比两种扫描方式下的图像质量评分及辐射量:低剂量扫描组的图像质量评分比常规剂量扫描低,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);低剂量扫描的辐射量低于常规剂量,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肺部病变的体检中,应用多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描,能发现患者的肺部病变情况,且应用多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描,其产生的辐射量较常规剂量扫描更低,减少了辐射对人体的伤害,具有较高的诊断价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung diseases.Methods From March 2019 to July 2019,300 cases of pulmonary physical examination in our hospital were selected for routine dose scanning and low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning.The detection rate,image quality and radiation dose of the patients were compared.Results(1)Compared the number of lesions under two different scanning methods:there was no significant difference in the detection rate of lesions between low-dose scanning and conventional scanning,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The image quality score and radiation dose of the two scanning methods were compared:the image quality score of the low-dose scanning group was lower than that of the conventional dose scanning,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The radiation amount of the low-dose scanning was lower than that of the conventional dose scanning,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the physical examination of lung diseases,the use of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scan can find the patients’lung diseases.Moreover,the use of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scan can produce less radiation than the conventional dose scan,reduce the harm of radiation to human body,which has a high diagnostic value and is worth popularizing.
