总结分析登革热患者的临床检验结果特征及临床价值

Summarize and Analyze the Clinical Test Results and Clinical Value of Dengue Fever Patients

目的分析登革热患者的临床检验结果特征及临床价值。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年12月收治的239例患者开展本次试验研究,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料,对临床检验结果特征进行评估。结果239例患者的临床特征排列前三的分别为发热,占比为98.74%;头痛,占比为96.23%;骨骼/肌肉疼痛,占比为94.98%;239例患者实验室检查结果的主要特点有白细胞总数减少,占比78.13%;血小板减少,占比70.00%;中性粒细胞减少,69.24%,单核细胞百分比增高,占比61.90%;239例患者的平均病程为(5.78±2.13)d,平均住院天数为(9.46±3.12)d。结论登革热患者在临床上常见的症状有发热、乏力、寒战/畏寒等,主要的实验室检测特征为血小板、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞减少,单核细胞百分比增高等,经过有效治疗以后能够取得较好的预后效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and clinical value of dengue fever patients.Methods 239 patients in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected to carry out this study.The clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the characteristics of clinical test results were evaluated.Results The first three clinical characteristics of 239 patients were fever,accounting for 98.74%;headache,96.23%;bone/muscle pain,94.98%;the main characteristics of laboratory examination results of 239 patients were the decrease of leukocyte count,78.13%;thrombocytopenia,70.00%;neutropenia,69.24%,and the increase of monocyte percentage,61.90%;239 The average course of disease was(5.78±2.13)days and the average length of stay was(9.46±3.12)days.Conclusion The common clinical symptoms of dengue fever patients are fever,fatigue,chills/chills,etc.the main laboratory test features are thrombocytopenia,leukocyte count,neutropenia,monocyte percentage increase,etc.after effective treatment,it can achieve better prognosis.
