摘要 目的探究各型库存血储存时间不同对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在我站进行无偿献血的健康人群148例,在抽血时,抽取4 mL血液注入无菌塑料管内,置于贮血冰箱保存,分别于第1、5、10、15、21天取血进行红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3b RR)花环试验以及免疫复合物(RBC-IC)花环试验。结果(1)不同血型库存血红细胞C3b受体花环试验结果:经观察后发现:随时间增长,血红细胞C3b受体花环率逐渐降低,各型血第21天的红细胞C3b受体花环率与第1天相比,均存在明显差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。(2)不同血型库存血免疫复合物花环试验结果:经观察后发现:随时间增长,免疫复合物花环率逐渐降低,各型血第21天的免疫复合物花环率与第1天相比,均存在明显差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论各型库存血在长期存储中,血液标本中的红细胞免疫功能会逐渐降低,为了促进临床输血的安全性,应当将血液贮藏时间控制在15d内。 Objective To explore the effect of different storage time of different types of stored blood on immune function.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,148 healthy people were selected to donate blood free of charge in our station.At the time of blood sampling,4 mL of blood was drawn and injected into sterile plastic tubes and stored in a blood storage refrigerator.On the 1st,5th,10th,15th and 21st day,respectively,blood was taken for RBC-C3b receptor(RBC-C3b RR)rosette test and immune complex(RBC-IC)rosette test.Results(1)The results of C3b receptor rosette test of different blood groups were as follows:after observation,it was found that:with the increase of time,the rosette rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor decreased gradually.There were significant differences in the rosette rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor between the 21st day and the first day(P<0.05).(2)Results of immune complex rosette test of different blood groups:after observation,it was found that:with the increase of time,the rosette rate of immune complex decreased gradually.There were significant differences in the rosette rate of immune complex between the 21st day and the first day(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In order to promote the safety of clinical transfusion,the storage time of blood should be controlled within 15 days.
