摘要
目的分析胫骨骨折采用3D打印外固定架治疗的临床应用价值。方法择取2016年8月至2020年5月接受治疗的40例胫骨骨折患者予以研究,按随机数表法分为观察组(3D打印治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各20例。分析患者手术时间及术中出血量、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、手术效果。结果(1)观察组手术时间及出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组手术疗效比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用3D打印技术能够达到较好的复位效果,减少并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of tibial fractures treated with 3D printed external fixator.Methods Forty patients with tibial fractures who were treated from August 2016 to May 2020 were selected for study and divided into observation group(3D printing treatment)and control group(conventional treatment)according to random number table method,20 cases each.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,quality of life score,and surgical effect were analyzed.Results(1)The operation time and bleeding volume of the observation group were less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The observation group had higher surgical efficacy than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology can achieve better reduction effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
