我院莫西沙星应用合理性分析

Analysis on the Rationality of Moxifloxacin Application in our Hospital

目的分析我院莫西沙星应用合理性情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院一个季度使用莫西沙星的门急诊处方,一个月使用莫西沙星的住院医嘱进行数据分析。结果抽查到40份门急诊处方和51份病历住院医嘱中,存在用法用量不适宜、适应症不适宜、联合用药不适宜的情况。典型不合理诸如尿路感染开具莫西沙星,单日剂量超推荐量或频次等。结论我院莫西沙星使用广泛,仍存在不合理使用的情况,医生开具药物应严格把握给药指征,同时我们会持续加强对抗菌药物使用的干预。

Objective By analyzing the rationality of the application of moxifloxacin in our hospital,in order to provide reference for clinical use.Methods A quarterly outpatient and emergency prescription and inpatient moxifloxacin orders in one month were analyzed retrospectively.Results Irrational use of moxifloxacin such as improper usage and dosage,inappropriate indications,inappropriate combination were found in 40 prescriptions and 51 inpatient orders.Typically,moxifloxacin was prescribed for urinary infection,or the prescription exceeded the recommended amount or frequency.Conclusion Moxifloxacin is wildly used in our hospital,however irrational use still exists.Doctors should strictly control the indication of moxifloxacin when prescribing,meanwhile,we will continue to step up our intervention on rational antimicrobial use.
