文拉法辛对产后抑郁的控制效果研究

Study on the Control Effect of Venlafaxine on Postpartum Depression

目的观察文拉法辛在产后抑郁临床治疗中的实际效果,检验其应用的安全性、治疗改善效果。方法从本院2016年9月至2019年6月收治的产后抑郁患者中抽选病例资料完整且符合进入标准的样本146名,其中对照组患者采用我院普遍的西酞普兰联合心理干预的治疗方案,观察组患者采用文拉法辛联合心理干预的治疗方案,基于抑郁与焦虑自评价过的变化水平评估观察组治疗方法的具体效果。结果两组患者经过3个月的临床治疗后抑郁和焦虑情况都有显著下降,其中观察组患者产后抑郁治疗和控制的总有效率(93.15%)略高于对照组(82.19%),效果差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应病理比例均相对较低,组间对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛联合心理干预对产后抑郁有确切地控制和治疗性效果,相较于常见临床用药西酞普兰的效果略高,且不存在明显的安全风险,有一定的推广价值。

Objective To observe the actual effect of venlafaxine in the clinical treatment of postpartum depression,and to test its safety and treatment improvement effect.Methods From September 2016 to June 2019,146 patients with postpartum depression in our hospital were selected with complete data and met the entry criteria.Among them,patients in the control group were treated with citalopram combined with psychological intervention,patients in the observation group were treated with venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention,and patients in the observation group were evaluated on the basis of self-evaluated changes in depression and anxiety levels.Specific effects of treatment methods.Results After 3 months of clinical treatment,the depression and anxiety of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the total effective rate of postpartum depression treatment and control in the observation group(93.15%)was slightly higher than that in the control group(82.19%),the effect difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of adverse reaction pathology was relatively low,and the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention has a definite control and therapeutic effect on postpartum depression,which is slightly higher than the common clinical drug citalopram,and there is no obvious safety risk,so it has certain promotion value.
