基于降低糖尿病足风险的延续性护理用于2型糖尿病患者中的效果评价

Continuous Nursing Based on Reducing the Risk of Diabetic Foot was Used to Evaluate the Effect in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究基于降低糖尿病足风险的延续性护理在用于2型糖尿病患者中的效果评价。方法选择在2019年1月到2019年12月间我院收治的65名患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予普通护理,观察组给予延续性护理模式。比较两组病人护理前护理后的各项指标。结果两组病人经护理后,各项指标都得到了好转,且观察组优于对照组;观察组病人对于护理模式的满意度高于对照组。结果具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对患有2型糖尿病的患者实施延续性护理可以起到很好的改善患者的生活质量的作用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of continuous nursing based on reducing the risk of diabetic foot in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 65 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given general nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing.The indexes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After two groups of patients nursing,all the indicators were improved,and the observation group is better than the control group.The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing mode than the control group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their quality of life.
