分层级管理对护理管理质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the Impact of Hierarchical Management on the Quality of Nursing Management

目的探索分层级管理对护理管理质量的影响。方法选择40例护理人员为试验对象,选择抓阄随机化分组,各20例,分别选择分层级管理、常规管理。结果观察组护理人员核心能力评分、护理管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过加强护理人员的分层级管理措施,能够保证临床护理管理质量。

Objective To explore the impact of hierarchical management on the quality of nursing management.Methods Forty cases of nursing staff were selected as test subjects,randomized groupings were selected,and 20 cases of each group were selected for hierarchical management and routine management.Results The core competence score and nursing management quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of clinical nursing management can be guaranteed by strengthening the hierarchical management measures of nursing staff.
