观察高龄耳鼻喉手术患者心理护理临床效果

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing in Elderly Patients with ENT Surgery

目的分析心理护理对高龄耳鼻喉手术患者的临床效果。方法以我院收治的86例耳鼻喉手术患者为护理对象,患者随机纳入对照组(常规护理,n=43)和观察组(加行心理护理措施,n=43),比较护理前后两组心理情绪和患者对护理方式满意程度。结果心理情绪评分比较,护理前两组差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后观察组更优(P<0.05);观察组对护理方式满意率(97.67%)高于对照组(86.05%),两组差异显著(P>0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉手术高龄患者实施常规护理干预后,落实心理护理,利于消除患者焦虑、抑郁等负面心理情绪,提升对护理方式满意程度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing on elderly patients with ENT surgery.Methods 86 patients with ENT surgery admitted in our hospital were taken as care objects.The patients were randomly included in the control group(routine care,n=43)and the observation group(plus psychological care measures,n=43).The two groups were compared before and after nursing for psychological emotions and patients’satisfaction with the nursing style.Results Compared with the psychological and emotional scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the observation group was better after nursing(P<0.05);the observation group was satisfied with the nursing style(97.67%)higher than the control group(86.05%),the difference between the two groups is significant(P>0.05).Conclusion After the routine nursing intervention for elderly patients with ENT surgery,the implementation of psychological care will help eliminate negative anxiety and depression To enhance satisfaction with the care style.
