心理护理对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式和心理状态的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Delivery Mode and Mental State of Women with Premature Bankruptcy

目的研究心理护理对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式和心理状态的影响。方法筛选我院收治的70例胎膜早破产妇作为研究对象,分成对照组(常规护理组)和观察组(心理护理组)各35例,分析两组护理前后心理状态变化以及分娩方式。结果护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分相近(P>0.05),护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率91.43%明显高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对胎膜早破产妇的分娩方式和心理状态均起到积极的影响作用,可以提高自然分娩率,改善其焦虑抑郁的不良情绪,具有良好的护理效果,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on the delivery mode and psychological status of women with premature bankruptcy of membranes.Methods A total of 70 women with premature rupture of membranes treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(routine care group)and observation group(psychological care group)with 35 cases each.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before nursing were similar(P>0.05),and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,71.43%(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a positive effect on the delivery mode and mental state of women with premature rupture of membranes,which can improve the natural delivery rate and improve their anxiety and depression.It has good nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
