摘要
目的分析在慢性宫颈炎患者预防及护理中应用预见性护理方法所取得的临床应用效果。方法选取在医院中进行慢性宫颈炎治疗的患者共78例,随机分成对照组(常规护理干预方法)39例和观察组(预见性护理方法)39例,比较两组生活质量评分和治疗依从性。结果生活质量评分对比观察组高于对照组,治疗依从性对比观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性宫颈炎患者预防及护理中应用预见性护理方法,有助于改善患者的生活质量,提升疾病治疗依从性。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of applying predictive nursing methods in the prevention and nursing of patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional nursing intervention method)of 39 cases and observation group(foreseeing nursing method)of 39 cases.The two groups were compared for quality of life score and treatment compliance Sex.Results The quality of life score was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the treatment compliance was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing methods in the prevention and care of patients with chronic cervicitis can help to improve the quality of life of patients and improve the compliance of disease treatment.
