循证护理在高血压患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Hypertension

目的分析对高血压患者进行治疗时利用循证护理进行干预的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年12月我院治疗高血压的50例患者,每组各25例采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,将对照组25例高血压患者予以常规护理进行干预,观察组25例高血压患者予以循证护理进行干预,观察并分析在两种不同护理干预下,50例高血压患者的心理健康以及护理满意度情况。结果50例高血压患者分别进行护理干预后,观察组25例高血压患者的SAS评分以及SDS评分均显著低于对照组25例(P<0.05);观察组25例的护理满意度评分要显著高于照组25例(P<0.05)。结论在对高血压患者进行治疗时利用循证护理进行干预,能够对高血压患者的心理健康状况起到有效的改善,还可将患者的满意度提高,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of using evidence-based nursing intervention in the treatment of hypertension patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 was made.These patients was divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and 25 patients with hypertension in the control group were given with routine nursing care,and 25 patients with hypertension in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention.Observation and analysis of the mental health and nursing satisfaction of 50 patients with hypertension under two different nursing interventions.Results After 50 patients with hypertension received nursing intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the 25 patients with hypertension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Significantly higher than 25 cases in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with hypertension can effectively improve the mental health of patients with hypertension and increase patient satisfaction,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
