热毒宁注射液在小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热治疗中的应用效果探究

Study on the Effect of Reduning Injection in the Treatment of Children’s Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection with Fever

目的探讨分析热毒宁注射液在小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的500例小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患者作为研究对象,这些患者的纳入时间为2018年1月到2019年12月,根据其接受治疗的内容将其分为对照组和观察组各250例,其中对照组接受利巴韦林治疗,观察组接受热毒宁治疗。在治疗后对两组患者进行详细的临床检查,观察患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果(1)两组患者的治疗效果比较:通过对两组患者的检查数据进行分析,其结果为与对照组相比观察组的临床症状评分更低,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者的不良反应情况比较:通过对两组患者在临床上的不良反应数据进行分析,其结果为与对照组相比观察组的不良反应发生率更低,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患者使用热毒宁注射液治疗能够起到更好的治疗效果,且具有很高的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children’s acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever.Methods Five hundred cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever in our hospital were selected as the research objects.These patients were included from January 2018 to December 2019.According to the content of their treatment,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,250 cases each.The control group was treated by ribavirin,and the observation group was treated by Reduning.After treatment,two groups of patients were examined in detail,and observe the treatment effect and adverse reactions.Results(1)Comparison of the treatment effect of two groups of patients:through the analysis of the examination data of the two groups,the results showed that the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups:through the analysis of the clinical adverse reaction data of the two groups,the results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever with Reduning injection has better therapeutic effect and high safety.
