福建省实习护生职业态度现状与对策研究

Internship Occupational Attitude of Nursing Students in Fujian Province Present Situation and Countermeasure Research

目的本文通过对福建省实习护生职业态度进行调查,并对目前实习护生职业态度的现状及其影响因素进行探讨分析。为护理教育者提高实习护生职业态度提出建设性意见,促进护理学科的可持续发展。方法抽取福建省三级甲等综合性医院335名实习护生作为研究对象。采用实习护生职业态度调查问卷进行匿名调查。结果实习护生总体职业态度得分(5.16±1.90)分,总体职业态度得分呈现中立偏积极;性别差异与不同入学志愿的选择对实习护生职业态度得分存在影响(P<0.05)。结论实习护生总体职业态度呈现中立偏积极水平,职业态度得分受不同性别及入学志愿影响。对影响实习护生职业态度相关因素进行探讨,为学校、医院今后培养优秀护理人才提出建设性意见,稳健护理事业发展。

Objective By investigating the occupational attitude of internship nursing studentsin fujian,the current situation of internship nursing students’occupational attitude and its influencing factors are discussed and analyzed.In order to improve the students’occupational attitude and promote the sustainable development of nursing field,this paper puts forward some constructive Suggestions to nursing educators.Methods A total of 335 nursing students were selected from a class a tertiary general hospital in fujian province as subjects.The occupational attitudes of nursing students province were investigated by questionnaire.Results Overall occupational attitude score of nursing students(5.16±1.90),The students’overall occupational attitude is neutral partial positive;The occupational attitude of nursing students is influenced by different gender and voluntary choice(P<0.05).Conclusion The students’overall occupational attitude is neutral partial positive,The occupational attitude of nursing students is influenced by different gender and voluntary choice.Through the discussion of influencing factors on the occupationa attitude of internship nursing students,For schools,hospitals in the future training of excellent nursing personnel to put forward constructive Suggestions,steady nursing career development.
