摘要
高速重载列车加速运行条件下,轮毂与车轴过盈配合面会发生周期性微动滑移导致过盈配合面产生微动损伤,给行车安全带来非常大的安全隐患,而轮对在不同运行状态下的过盈配合面不同位置处微动损伤与过盈配合面微动滑移分布特性有直接相关。基于高速重载列车设备参数和运行条件,通过有限元软件Abaqus建立了有限元模型,模拟得到了不同运行条件下轮毂内孔与车轴的轮座过盈配合面的轴向和周向微动滑移分布规律,考虑不同工况如:过盈量、角加速度和轴重对轮对的过盈配合面微动滑移特性的影响,在此基础上提取仿真结果利用Matalab软件得到了过盈配合面的微动滑移速度分布,对后续研究进一步分析过盈配合面微动损伤有重要的意义。
In the running processes of train,between the interference for wheel seat of axle and internal surface of wheel hub,fretting wear damage will be produced.The condition that running at high speed and with heavy loading can intensify the fretting wear of wheel set surface of interference fit.Finite element model was established based on apparatus parameters and running condition of high-speed and heavy-loading train via finite element soft Abaqus,it simulated relative slip behavior of wheel seat of axle and internal surface of wheel hub in different running conditions,analyzed degree of relative slip distribution with the conditions of different magnitude of interference,lateral force and loading.Finally,the article took data from former simulation and used Matalab soft to get distribution state of the micro slip speed.
