维格列汀联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及不良反应分析

Analysis of Blood Glucose Control Level and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Treated with Vildagliptin and Metformin

目的分析维格列汀联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及不良反应。方法选取2018年3月-2019年5月我院收治的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(n=40例)和观察组(n=40例)。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在二甲双胍基础上联合维格列汀治疗。观察比较两组患者血糖控制水平,血尿淀粉酶水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血尿淀粉酶差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组恶心呕吐、低血糖及肝酶升高等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病,可有效控制患者血糖水平,相对于单用二甲双胍未增加不良反应,联合使用可发挥协同作用,可作为治疗糖尿病的首选药物。

Objective To investigate the blood glucose control level and adverse reactions in patients with diabetes mellitus treated with vildagliptin and metformin.Methods 80 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,40 cases each.Control group received the metformin,while the observation group received the vildagliptin combined with metformin.The blood glucose control level,amylase level in hematuria and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels showed no difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,hypoglycemia and elevated liver enzymes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of vildagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients.Compared with the monotherapy,the combination has better clinical efficacy,without increasing the adverse reactions.
