慢性精神分裂症患者应用电子生物反馈疗法联合音乐治疗的初步研究 被引量:3

Preliminary study on the application of biofeedback therapy combined with music therapy in patients with chronic schizophrenia

摘要 目的分析慢性精神分裂症患者应用电子生物反馈疗法联合音乐治疗的初步研究。方法随机选取我院在2019年1月-2019年6月收治的慢性精神分裂症患者共60例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同,分为对照组和研究组(每组各30例),对照组给予电子生物反馈疗法,研究组给予电子生物反馈疗法+音乐治疗,观察研究两组患者治疗前后SAPS、SANS评分,以及NOSIE总分、各因子评分情况。结果治疗前,两组患者SAPS、SANS评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者SAPS评分亦无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组SANS评分均显现一定程度的下降,且研究组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),差异比较有统计学意义;治疗前,两组患者NOSIE总分、各因子评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组NOSIE总分、各因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异比较有统计学意义。结论采用电子生物反馈疗法+音乐治疗联合治疗,取得良好治疗效果,且患者精神症状得到显著缓解,社会适应能力、认知功能得到增强。 Objective To analyze the preliminary study of biofeedback therapy combined with music therapy for patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were randomly selected as the research object.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a research group(30 cases in each group).Biofeedback therapy was given,and the research group was given biofeedback therapy+music therapy.The SAPS and SANS scores,the total score of NOSIE and the scores of various factors were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the SAPS and SANS scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the SAPS scores of the two groups were also not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the SANS scores of the two groups showed a certain degree of decline,And the decrease of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;before treatment,the total NOSIE score and the score of each factor of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the study The total NOSIE score and the score of each factor in the group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined treatment of biofeedback therapy and music therapy has achieved good results,and the patients′mental symptoms have been significantly alleviated,and their social adaptability and cognitive function have been enhanced.
