基于病例为基础的带教教学法结合微信平台在肝胆外科中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Case-based Learning Method Combined with WeChat Platform in Hepatobiliary Surgery

摘要 目的探讨基于病例为基础的带教教学法结合微信平台在肝胆外科中的应用。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月于我院肝胆外科实习的60例实习生,按随机数字法分为两组,设为对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组进行以授课为基础的传统带教教学法,观察组采用基于病例为基础的带教教学法并结合微信平台。观察比较两组考核成绩,批判性思维及对教学模式的满意度。结果实习期两组理论知识与技能操作能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习结束后观察组理论与技能操作分数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习前两组批判性思维能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习结束后观察组CTDI-CV评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于病例为基础的带教教学法结合微信平台的教学模式可有效提高学生在肝胆外科实习中的理论知识与操作技能水平,其批判性思维得到锻炼,学生对该教学模式更满意,教学效果显著优于传统教学,有助于实习生能力提高,值得临床推荐。 Objective To investigate the application effect of case-based learning method combined with WeChat platform in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 60 internships in hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 30 cases.Control group received traditional teaching methods,while observation group received case-based learning teaching methods combined with WeChat platform;The assessment scores,critical thinking and satisfaction degree were compared between groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill operation ability during the internship had no difference between groups(P>0.05).The scores of theory and skill operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after internship(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability before internship had no difference between groups(P>0.05).CTDI-CV score of observation group was higher than that of control group after internship(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application case-based learning method combined with WeChat platform can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operation skills for internships in hepatobiliary surgery,which can enhance the critical thinking ability,and it is worthy of recommendation.
