胫骨平台骨折的临床分型及手术治疗研究进展

胫骨平台骨折为人体主要承重关节的关节内骨折,其发生率虽较低,但由于胫骨平台解剖结构复杂及周围有较多神经、血管组织,若诊疗不当可严重影响患者关节功能恢复,造成下肢关节不稳定、关节畸形等并发症。近年随着医学技术的不断发展,胫骨平台骨折在影像学诊断、临床分型、手术治疗方面有了新的进展与突破,为骨科医师带来更多的临床指导,能够有效促进患者术后膝关节功能康复,减少并发症发生。本文就近5年关于胫骨平台骨折的临床分型及手术治疗的最新进展进行综述。
