全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Total Hip Arthroplasty and Semi-hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Fractured Femoral Neck in the Elderly

目的分析研究全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年5月至2019年8月收治的30例患者开展本次试验研究,分组方式选取数字表法,将所有患者均分为参照组和观察组两组,每组15例。给予参照组半髋关节置换术治疗,给予研究组全髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果与参照组术中出血量、手术时间和髋关节功能恢复时间相比,研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);与参照组临床效果优良率相比,研究组高于参照组(P<0.05);与参照组并发症发生率相比,研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予老年股骨颈骨折患者全髋关节置换术能够显著提升治疗效果,能够有效促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,安全性更高,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of total hip arthroplasty and semi-hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods Select 30 patients admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2019 to carry out this trial study,and select the digital table method in the grouping mode,all the patients were divided into two groups of reference group and observation group,15 cases in each group.Treatment of hemi-hip arthroplasty in the reference group and total hip arthroplasty in the study group were given to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and hip function recovery time of the reference group,the study group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05);compared with the excellent and good clinical effect rate of the reference group,the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Giving total hip arthroplasty to elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,can effectively promote the recovery of hip function,and has higher safety and promotion value.
