奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Epilepsy in Children with Oxcarbazepine and Levetiracetam

目的探讨研究利用奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年4月至2020年4月接收的小儿癫痫患者120例,依据治疗给药方式不同随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予奥卡西平进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合左乙拉西坦进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况、不良反应的发生情况、FIQ值以及脑电图的变化情况进行对比分析。结果经过一段时间治疗后,研究组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应的发生情况明显低于对照组,FIQ值明显高于对照组,脑电图变化的有效率明显优于对照组,经过统计学进行分析,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿癫痫患者进行奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗治疗效果明显优于单独奥卡西平进行治疗,不良反应发生少,有效改善患者的脑电图,值得用于临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods One hundred and twenty children epilepsy patients received in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the different ways of treatment and administration.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the study group was treated with levetiracetam on the basis of the control group,the treatment,adverse reactions,FIQ value and the changes of EEG were compared and analyzed.Results After a period of treatment,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the occurrence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the FIQ value was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of EEG changes was significantly higher than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam in children with epilepsy is better than that of oxcarbazepine alone.There are few adverse reactions,which can effectively improve the EEG of children with epilepsy.It is worthy of clinical application.
