米力农和重组人脑利钠肽在慢性心衰急性发作期治疗中的作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析米力农和重组人脑利钠肽对慢性心衰急性发作期治疗中的作用。方法选择26例慢性心衰急性发作期患者分为观察组和对照组,对比两组临床效果。结果 (1)两组患者治疗前后心功能指标对比:与对照组相比明显可得,观察组治疗后各指标数据更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者不良反应发生几率的对比:与对照组相比明显可得,观察组不良反应发生几率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗效果的对比:与对照组相比明显可得,观察组治疗效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心衰急性发作期患者实施重组人脑利钠肽治疗方式,能有效提升患者整体的治疗效果,减少其不良反应发生几率,使患者心脏部位能尽快恢复较正常的功能作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of milrinone and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute attack of chronic heart failure.Methods Twenty-six patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure were divided into observation group and control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results (1) Comparison of cardiac function indexes between the two groups before and after treatment:compared with the control group,the indexes of the observation group were better after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups:compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide therapy in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure can effectively improve the overall treatment effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and make the heart part of patients recover normal function as soon as possible.
