观察分析激素喷雾联合鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Observation and Analysis of Hormone Spray Combined with Rhinitis Tablets in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察激素喷雾联合鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的268例变应性鼻炎患者,按照入院顺序随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均为134例;将激素喷雾用于对照组的患者,观察组患者是运用激素喷雾联合鼻炎片,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分加以比较。结果 (1)两组患者治疗总有效率比较:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者不良反应发生率比较:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者生活质量评分比较:观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用激素喷雾联合鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的效果较好,有利于改善患者的症状,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hormone spray combined with Biyan tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 268 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission,with 134 cases in each group.Hormone spray was used in the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with hormone spray combined with rhinitis tablets,and the total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results (1) Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups:the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups:the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients:the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hormone spray combined with rhinitis tablets is effective in treating allergic rhinitis,which is beneficial to improve the symptoms of patients and has high application value.
